Macaroni salad
Cook
1 lb. Elbow or small shell macaroni drain and cool.
Boil
6 eggs, peal, cool and then chop into small pieces and add to the macaroni.
To the
macaroni and eggs add:
1-cup
chopped mixed sweet pickles
½ cup
diced celery
½ cup
diced onion
Prepare
the following dressing in a separate bowl.
Combine:
1-cup
mayonnaise
¼ cup
yellow mustard
Salt
Pepper
Add
the well mixed dressing to the other ingredients, stir well and serve.
