Fresh Tomato Salad

 

2 large ripe tomatoes  (cut into small chunks)

1 medium cucumber (sliced, then slices cut into quarters)

3-5 green onions or 1 small sweet onion (chopped)

1-3 cloves crushed & finely chopped garlic

1-3 sprigs fresh cilantro chopped fine

1-2 fresh basil leaves chopped fine

½ cup black olives (pitted & chopped)

½ cup feta cheese

1-teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

½ cup cucumber dressing (any good store brand)

Salt

Fresh ground black pepper

 

 

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss together until thoroughly mixed, chill and serve.
