Grilled marinated chicken
1 bottle of inexpensive Italian salad dressing
1/2-cup lemon juice
1-tablespoon Tabasco sauce
2-3 fresh chicken breast quarters
2-3 fresh chicken leg quarters
1 gal. zip lock freezer bag
Combine the salad dressing, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a mixing bowl and stir together.
Thoroughly wash and drain the chicken.
Place the drained chicken in the freezer bag and pour all the liquid mixture over it. Seal the freezer bag and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Prepare your grill. Remove the chicken from the marinade, saving the liquid. Place the chicken on the hot grill. Turn the chicken and baste it with the marinade liquid every 6-8 minutes until completely cooked.
