Raspberry Vinegarette


3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

32 ounces white wine vinegar

1 cup sugar


In a large saucepan combine all ingredients.  Bring to a boil stirring frequently.  Cover, reduce heat, and simmer about 10 minutes.  Pour through a wire mesh strainer, discarding the pulp.  Pour liquid into containers and close lids.  Store in refrigerator.
