Creole style spice blend

In a mixing bowl combine the following:

1 lb. Salt (1 box)

2-3 oz. Ground black pepper

2-3 oz. Ground cayenne pepper

1 oz. Paprika

2-3 oz. Garlic powder

1 oz. Ground dried parsley

1 oz. Chili powder

store in a sealed jar and use with a variety of dishes.
