Walnut-Apple Stir Fry

mixed variety apples (green, red, etc.)
½ pound
butter (2 sticks)
½ box
brown sugar
1-package
walnuts (about 6 ounces)
Remove
the apple core and seeds and slice the apples into ¼ inch thick slices.
In
a large wok or deep skillet over medium to low heat melt the butter then stir
in the brown sugar. Stir in the walnuts then the apple slices. Cook until the apples are tender, remove
from the heat and serve.
