Chicken Heart Gourmet

 

1 lb. Fresh chicken hearts

˝ lb. Fresh mushrooms

3 tablespoons real butter

1 small box long grain & wild rice (I use Uncle Ben’s)

 

Sauté chicken hearts and mushrooms in butter about 10-15 minutes on medium heat (or until done).  Chicken hearts should be cooked through and mushrooms will darken.

 

Prepare rice according to directions.

 

Serve hearts and mushrooms over the rice.
