Guacamole’ Dip

 

 

The meat from 1 large avocado

¼ cup chopped onion

1 large tomato, peeled & quartered

1 jalapeno pepper, diced

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve as a dip or on a bed of sliced lettuce as a salad.
