Bacon Dip


 1 package 12 to 16 ounces of bacon
 1-pint sour cream
 2-3 fresh green onions
 1 clove garlic
 Tabasco

 Fry the bacon until very crisp, remove and drain on a paper towel until cook.  Crumble or chop the bacon into small bits.  Add the bacon and sour cream into a medium-mixing bowl.  Chop the green onions very fine and add to the sour cream and bacon mixture.  Crush and mince the garlic and add it to the mixture along with several drops of Tabasco sauce.  Stir until completely mixed.  Refrigerate for about 30 minutes then serve. 
  
 You can substitute Garlic flavored Tabasco Sauce for the garlic and Tabasco. Bacon Dip
